- Exam Challenge β an education quiz app and Facebook Instant Game.
- DropShip β a shopping app that uses Facebook Login for Business.
This policy also applies to our Hello Mart online store where it relates to orders placed through these apps.
3. Information we collect
Information received through Facebook Login (only what you choose to allow): - Your name - Your profile picture - Your email address, if you grant permission - Your app-scoped Facebook user ID
Game data (Exam Challenge): - Quiz scores, game progress, levels and related gameplay information
Shopping data (DropShip and Hello Mart): - Order details, such as products ordered and order history - Contact and delivery information, such as name, phone number, email and shipping address
Business assets data via Facebook Login for Business (DropShip): - Information about business assets you choose to connect, such as Facebook Pages, business accounts, catalogs or related identifiers, limited to the permissions you grant
Basic technical data: - Limited technical information needed to run the apps, such as device or browser type and error logs
4. How we use your information
We use your information to: - Sign you in and create and maintain your account - Show your name and profile picture within the apps - Save and display your quiz scores, progress and leaderboards - Process, fulfil and deliver orders, and send order updates - Connect and manage the business assets you authorise in DropShip - Respond to your questions and support requests - Keep our apps secure, prevent misuse and fix problems - Comply with legal obligations
5. We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.
6. When we share information
We share personal data only: - With service providers that help us run our services, namely Meta Platforms (Facebook), Shopify, payment partners and courier/delivery partners, and only as needed for them to provide their services. - When required by law, such as to comply with a legal obligation, court order or request from a lawful authority, or to protect rights, safety and property.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records for orders). When data is no longer needed, or when you ask us to delete it, we delete or anonymise it.

11. Data deletion instructions
You can request deletion of your data in either of these ways:
Option 1 β Email us Send an email to sudeepvc1982@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Please include your name and the app you used (Exam Challenge or DropShip) so we can find your data.
Option 2 β Remove the app on Facebook 1. Go to your Facebook Settings. 2. Open Apps and Websites. 3. Find Exam Challenge or DropShip and select Remove.
Once we receive your request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except any data we must keep by law (for example, order records required for tax purposes).
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Please review it periodically.
